We love that there is a lot of space, a lovely entertaining area out the back, and modern appliances. Pat is wonderful to deal with… We will be back!"

Just a couple of things would make it exceptional by having some shear curtains as house very dark with blinds down and we didn't know neighbourhood so didn't want blind open so everyone could see in. The cleaner did not notice a cup and saucer left in the laundry basin by previous guets. Cup upstairs would be a nice touch as you have supplied a kettle and tea etc. Enjoyable place to stay for the weekend with friends. Thank you"

"We really loved this place. It was very clean and modern and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was great, only a 5 minute drive from the town. Kate was a pleasure to deal with also. "This was a perfect place to stay for a family. The kids loved playing basketball, exploring the garden and there were even some toys inside. It would be great to have a few board games for older kids/adults in the evenings."

"We loved the location close to the Geelong CBD and fantastic cafes/shops in the Street. The property was good and what we expected including being a great house for our toy poodle. What we didn't enjoy was the extremely loud music from a Venue at the top of the street. Even ear plugs didn't help and we ended up leaving a night early from the property."

"Overall was very nice, however when I walked through on my own a few minutes after picking up keys I walked through numerous cobwebs downstairs. These were in the hall and the second and third bedrooms. No other areas."

"Check in isn’t till 3pm. Only 1 x car can park in the property at a time. Must take your own rubbish to the bins when you leave. Huge property in a great location. "
