This is not a four star resort. Booked room with king size bed and breakfast included, received room with queen size bed and had the wait 2 and half hours for breakfast on the first day. There were five other tables of quests that morning who also waited the same time, we were told the wait would be one hour and were prepared to wait, but had to keep asking how much longer and were told 10 minutes each time. We queried if we could cancel breakfast next morning and receive a refund and were told breakfast was complimentary so no refund. When breakfast is included you would expect at least a variety of choices and a coffee/tea. The breakfast consisted of a choice of toasted sandwich or pancakes and tap water! Had to pay extra for a hot drink or juice !t did compliment the atrocious service ! The only dining option was that pathetic cafe with terrible service and only open for breakfast not at any other time and not even the hours advised. The resort itself has good amenities for families, although it does need maintenance. Ignore the ‘dining option’ and eat out at the wonderful venues up the road. Looking back on past reviews I found that mine is not an isolated experience. Wyndham resort management please update your website so that it’s not misleading and give your staff some professional training.
