"Loved our second visit to this property. The views and sounds of the Ocean are lovely and a very short walk away if you want to swim. The upstairs living area is huge with plenty of room to cook, eat and relax. Having three bathrooms makes it easy for everyone to clean up ready for the next day's adventure."

"Coral Fern Retreat is the most beautiful property, the minute you walk through the front door, you feel so welcome. The whole house leaves you wanting for nothing, even with a family of eight. Our grandchildren adored playing on the swing and in the cubby house. Taking in the amazing construction and quality of the mud rock home was also such a privilege. Thank you so much Barb and Greg for sharing your beautifully appointed home with us."

Ok, first the negatives, The steps inside are a real challenge for those with mobility issues, my knees were playing up, so I had to spend my time in the house in the bedroom because of those stairs, but we were out and about most of the time so it wasn't that big a deal but it would have been nice to spend more time in the lounge room with that fabulous view. The lights are very dim, the bed is very hard, leaving me with a sore back in the mornings, the...

"We loved the property, the view of the ocean was amazing. The house was spotless, beds and bedding comfortable. Kitchen was supplied well with crockery, glasses, and pantry of staples. We felt at home as soon as we got there. My only minor negative was having to pick up and drop the keys in Apollo Bay, maybe a key safe would be a better option. 9.9 out of 10 . "We had problems on our first night as the heating in the house malfunctioned and we had to wear coats beanies and scales inside, the next day ( Sunday) Ellie drove from Apollo Bay to deliver two “bar heaters” and with the fire burning we finally managed to warm the house! Apart from this, the house was very comfortable and a joy to be in. Please note, proper doona covers on doonas would be a real plus instead of sheets being tucked over doona! Aside from these issues, everything was wonderful...

"All perfect . House was equipped with more than we needed. Except water pump was very noisy. Feel humidity and smell from downstairs. Heated towel rails will be nice to have . The rest was perfect. Definitely will recommend to anyone this place . We was very surprised how house was equipped with everything. Glasses, plates , oven things , coffee machine . Basically everything you need . For future guests just take your food and don’t take anything else . House have everything you need plus more...

"Close to beach and park. Close to take away and dine-in restaurant. Friendly staff. They even provided an extension cord to charge the car over night for free. So I would come back to this place if we decided to stay around that area again. "
