First night we stayed at the motel did a review which I normally don’t do and the next morning the manager was knocking on the door asking us why we did a bad review. First tried to tell her if I could come to the reception and talk to her there but she just wouldn’t listen. Told her I wasn’t comfortable talking to her in the room when the door was left open and the other people walking by could see me and I was not dressed appropriately as I was still in my pj’s but she did not care about my dignity or pride. She just continued with her demands. Told her we weren’t happy cos the sheets had holes in them, the shower was leaking, no microwave in the room, & etc and instead of taking the complaints as a constructive way to improve the facility she took it as a personal attack to her. She told us to leave but we had no where else to go. So I had to apologise few times to convince her to let us stay there as there was no way we could have found something in such a short notice and we only had one more night left. Even when I asked her for extra milk on our first day she said there’s IGA down the road so we should get it from there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The service was not good, the room was ok. The wifi password did not work and when I told her this she was like ru sure u spelling it correctly. I said the password back to her n spelt it out but she wrote it down in a paper n gave it to me again. I feel she treated me this way because of my skin colour.
