I was pleasantly surprised by the property. The location was very good, the tram stop was 40 seconds away, and only 20 mins to the centre of Zurich. The surrounding area was lovely. The lake was only 5 minutes away, and a lovely walk along the lake, passing various swimming areas. I had a studio apartment on the 4th floor, which was very comfortable and large enough for two people. Had all the facilities, no normal oven though. Didn't miss it :)

This was better than any hotel. Great amenities- absolutely meticulate. Right near the tram/bus stop so very easy access to everywhere in the city. 8 minute walk to lake front. A wonderful gem.

Excellent place to stay. Centrally located and outside a Tram stop that gets you to most places including the center of Zurich. The place is well maintained. There are laundry facilities on site and local amenities nearby in terms of local supermarket within walking distance. I stayed with my family but I would definitely recommend it for yourself or a bigger group.

Beide Appartements sind großzügig, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Ein Kinderbett ist nicht verfügbar. Im Appartement Nr. 302 ist die Straßenbahn deutlich zu hören, das Wohnzimmer lässt sich nicht abtrennen (keine Tür) und auch nicht vollständig abdunkeln.

不満のない素晴らしい滞在でした

3泊滞在しましたが、とても快適な滞在となりました。トラムの駅が目の前で、チューリッヒ中央駅まで乗り換え無しで15分ほどです。歩ける距離の一駅隣にはスーパーが2軒あり買い物にも困りません。チューリッヒ湖も近く、素敵なカフェやショップも多いエリアです。施設はとても新しく清潔で何ひとつ不満はありません。食洗機付きのキッチンには調理器具と食器が一通り揃っているので自炊をしながらの長期滞在にぴったりです。（調味料は簡単な塩と胡椒のみ。）室内に洗濯機はありませんが、ランドリールームがあります。有料ですが、良心的な価格で洗濯機および乾燥機を使用することができます。（硬貨が必要。洗剤は持参または購入する必要があります。）アパートタイプのホテルのため、フロントは決まった時間にしか開いていません。チェックイン予定の時間を予めHotels.comを経由して聞かれるので答える必要があります。また、チェックアウトの際にフロントが開いておらず、たまたまスタッフの方がいらっしゃったので相談し、カードキーを渡してチェックアウトさせてもらえましたが、本来のチェックアウトの方法は分かりませんでした。チェックインの際にしっかり確認することをおすすめします。しかしながら、不満のない素晴らしい滞在でした。

This is an excellent apartment a few kilometres from the city centre but with very easy access to the city. It is a beautiful part of Zurich and very reasonably priced.
