"Best Hotel in Queenstown- an amazing city too!!!"
Hilton was in incredible. The room was amazing, and had the best view of the lake. The buffet breakfast was incredible, and the bar downstairs was well priced and had a great selection of food and drinks. The view is spectacular. Parking was free. Will be going here again

"Good location,comfortable room,good potential."
Stayed for 1 night. Lovely views over the lake. Bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom just ok. Long corridors with split levels a nuisance to access with luggage. No real staff to help. Parking available, free wifi. Breakfast: just enough variety . Staff: efficient and professional but not out of their way to help.

"Nice hotel comfortable room and bed"
Unfortunately even bring a Hilton Honors member did not improve a few things. Firstly room excellent ammenities and very comfy bed, quiet and relaxing. However 1) returned to room 2 days in a row after 5pm and still not cleaned or housekeeping done, we had to phone reception twice to get it done 2) second time no towels left or coffee left 3) went to grill restaurant for dinner waited 1 1/2 hrs still no food... We left, turns out waiter forgot to put our order in. 4) pool area there was no water in dispenser and area not cleaned. 5) we called to ask for coffee sachets no one came so we gave up. Considering this is a Hilton we booked more than 6 months ago for the marathon event and to stay here I am a honours member. Extremely disappointed as room was great and bed very comfortable.

"Enjoyable stay."
Great location and friendly, helpful staff. I especially appreciated the late evening room service option after a long day trip to Milford Sound. Best squid rings I've ever had! The great service continued even after I'd checked out, I was able to leave my bags there until it was time to be picked up for the airport. I also appreciated the offer of a glass of water after walking up the hill in the sun.

Just a one-night stay here. We had a lakeview room which was well appointed, clean and with an excellent and very large bathroom. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service was outstanding. It was the most expensive of the different places we stayed on our 2 week trip to NZ, but it certainly delivered.

"Perfect Location, Large Living Areas"
Our family group of 4 adults and 1 young child stayed here for 3 nights in November. The living area was large, bright, and nicely furnished, the kitchen space was also large for an apartment, which was a nice surprise. If we stayed again we would probably try to get onto the upper floors, as we found it was fairly close to the road and a lot of foot traffic which did encroach on your privacy and impaired an otherwise lovely view of the lake. Overall we were very happy with the standard of our accommodation, and felt the only thing that let it down was a number of blown light bulbs and couple of quite amateur repairs on paintwork and silicon in the bathroom, small things but easy to fix as well. Perfect location as on the very edge of the CBD so everything is within a couple of minutes walk on the flat. we would definitely consider staying here again.
