the room is clean (5/5), towels are fluffy (5/5); bathroom is modern, shower heats up quick, great lighting system, efficient with motion sensor; great laundry system (self-service with free detergent; location was great- walking distance to good restaurants, safe However the room is also small, not suitable if you have small children, bed is 4/5 ( not very comfortable), pillows 3/5 (only one per person), sink is minimal and too small to fit toiletries; phone app is not intuitive the very not desired feature was the elevator broke on our second day of 3 day-stay; we had to haul our bags from the 6th floor using the stairs

Great little hotel .. great location

Great hotel in a brilliant location. Will on the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, made the check-in really easy, told us about the features of the hotel and went out of his way to help with dinner recommendations and bookings as well as breakfast deals nearby. The rooms are compact but have everything you need. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent boutique hotel in a great location close and walkable to central Queenstown. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom set up is a little unusual with the sink separate to the toilet and glass doors for both the toilet and shower but these things didn't cause me as a solo traveller any inconvenience or issues. No fridge in the room which could be problematic if you have medication that needs refrigeration. To compensate, the hotel provides complimentary hot and cold drinks on every floor. The rooftop terrace is a must if visiting. I will stay again.

My room is in a half-basement, even though they call it Level 2 (The check-in desk is located at Level 3). This should be clarified at the time of booking. I really like the free hot drink machine at every level so that we can get coffee, tea at any time.

Convenient location minutes to CBD. New and modern. Friendly staff. Small rooms. No coffee machine in rooms or anywhere at the hotel. Odd bathroom layout (Sink in bedroom, step out from Shower right into bedroom). Very little storage.
