This is a great location in Frankton, quiet, not far from a very busy Queenstown and the views are spectacular from the room. Walking/bike track is excellent. Jean-Pierre the consummate host, nothing too difficult, very generous with his time and advice of what to do, just one of of our best accommodation experiences ever. Definitely 5 start quality and service, if we could describe in one word it would be, 'wow'!

Highly recommend. Owner’s penthouse suite has view of the lake and Remarkable Mountains. Very clean and well maintained- recently built. Top unit of 3 unit boutique hotel has private jacuzzi with views. Chef made breakfast included. Owner/host couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful.

Amazing stay in Queenstown - highly recommend!!!

Our trip to Queenstown was incredible and we were so happy to be staying a little outside of town at Lanah Residence. It was the perfect location for us because it was quiet, gorgeous, had access to incredible walking trails, restaurants a few minutes away, and outside of the touristy areas of Queenstown. Jean-Pierre was the ultimate host who greeted us upon arrival, helped us get to where we needed, gave us tips for what to do in Queenstown and surroundings, and made sure our room was perfect. The amenities go beyond, starting with an amazing breakfast by Toni, the in house chef. Jean-Pierre, a former VP at the Four Seasons, furnished the beautiful room with coffee, drinks in the fridge, fresh fruit everyday, cleaning service each day, and all the comforts and details you can imagine. The room is very private with an amazing view of the lake and mountains. It is easy to get into downtown by car or water taxi as well as be picked up next door at the Hilton for any planned adventure trips. There is a well equipped gym and a beautiful outdoor seating area. We will definitely return to Queenstown and to the Lanah residence.

Our stay at Lanah was excellent. The room was spacious and beautiful with floor to ceiling windows and an amazing tiled shower. Toni’s made to order breakfast each morning was a highlight. Such high quality cooking and attentive hospitality.
