This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and shopping complex with many eateries. The adjacent Thai restaurant is really good. A bonus with our room was it had a washing machine, a dryer, and a nice view of the mountains. Underground parking is available but with limited spaces.

Good hotel in convenient location with plenty of parking and great cafe in the foyer. Annoying that it advertises all rooms as having 56 inch TV’s with premium cable channels, which is not the case. Lucky if it was 24 inches with just regular free to air TV only. Not a biggie I realise.

Not very clean. The toilet had clearly not been cleaned at the base and the bed sheets had visible staining. The room itself looked tired. Check in and parking was easy and location was good.

Was good but there is no internal fan or ability to open a window so felt like the room smelt stale. Dishwasher was broken but when we complained they moved us to a different room. Was good value and close to bus stop. Burger Tuesday in the cafe underneath was amazing !!

We only booked the Ramada at Remarkables Park due to our flight being cancelled out of Queenstown. I booked through Expedia and a booking was confirmed by them. When we arrived at the property the premises at 23:00 hours they were shut We eventually arrived at the property at around 23:00 hours and we managed to locate the duty manager at a nearby hotel. He was fantastic when he arrived, sorted everything out and we had our reservation fulfilled along with three other couples. Our room was clean, the duty manager was excellent with us and the executive suite that we had was quite palatial and perfect after such a rubbish day. We also managed to get an extension to our checkout time without charge. The issue I have is with Expedia here solely because we were able to book the premises when they were not taking any further bookings that evening. The hotel has great staff, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the cafe downstairs called franks was a godsend. Perfect breakfast menu and wonderful coffee. Start of a new day and I would definitely stay here again.

We enioyed a one-night stay here but could have happily stayed longer. Clean rooms, easy underground parking, well-equipped kitchen, convenient cafe downstairs and sufficient space. Loved the balcony given the view of the airport and mountains. Wonderful location.

Check in was effortless. Our room was disappointing as the layout meant that our ‘view’ was predominantly the building itself rather than the mountains, unless standing in one corner. Aircon was noisy and by bedtime we decided to ask for a quieter room. Absolutely the best outcome - reception acted promptly and moved us across the hall. We had a restful night and started our road trip home refreshed.
