Guests are automatically booked on the noon ferry from Brisbane to Tangalooma on the day of arrival, and on the 2 PM ferry from Tangalooma to Brisbane on the day of departure. Ferry transfers depart from Holt St Wharf in Pinkenba and are payable on arrival according to the listed transfer service fees. Guests must contact the resort prior to arrival to choose an alternative ferry time.
Access to some tours and activities may be restricted due to cruise ship arrivals on the following dates: September 23, 27; October 10, 14, 21; November 7, 11, 18, 25, 28; and December 5, 9, 16, 18 in 2020. In 2021, the dates are January 30, February 3, 17, 20; March 17 and 29; April 3 and 28.
This property has occasional scheduled power outages. Guests who require continuous power supply for life support equipment must notify the property 96 hours prior to check-in.
