Dated property. Needs a fresh coat of paint throughout the Apartment we stayed in. The pillows were stained with yellow blotches (which my kids refused to sleep on and I wouldn't blame them.). Soft have nail clippings and a nail file under the cushions on on e side and bits of food on the other. Yuk. Furnishings were well worn and grubby. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfect tho , nice and clean. I did raise it with the management but after she wrote it down that was it... no action taken.

Good location, walking distance to Southbank shops/activities. Views from rooms are fantastic, rooms need a little updating but an enjoyable stay nonetheless.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and were only provided one key. This was very frustrating and required constant coordination between groups. We were initially told that we could reception leave the keys at reception, but one staff member rudely told us one day this wasn't an option (before another staff member intervened and agreed to hold them). The desk closed at 6pm so leaving the keys for whoever was home first wasn't an option in the evenings. The kitchen was very poorly stocked. There were no baking trays or salad bowls (we served salad in a saucepan). There was so little cutlery and crockery that there was no point using the dishwasher as we would have had to put in on three times per day. We washed by hand, but there was no dish rack. The location and view were fantastic. Beds were comfortable and there was free wifi. The shared amenities were great and we especially loved the spa. We were only provided 4 towels (for a 3 bedroom apartment sleeping 6). The room was not serviced, so we had to go down to reception (which was in a separate building) for items such as towels and dishwashing liquid etc. The minimal coffee and tea provided only lasted a day and was never restocked. Although the frustrations weren't that big of a deal, overall we were disappointed given how expensive the apartment was (double the price of other serviced apartments in the city) and we expected more for the price.

Fast Wi-Fi provided. And the balcony is the ideal place for breakfast or lunch. All members at receptions are very helpful. However, the floor tiles in living rooms is a bit filthy and greasy. A deep cleaning may be required. And the shower hot water a a bit weak.
