I wanted to like this place, the apartment in itself was newer and well laid out. Customer service, amenities and general state of the room were disappointing. We both work from home, however the wifi did not work, we rang and also went to reception to get this fixed (because we work and need it) “I’ll call the engineer” was the response and we never heard from her again. Unsatisfactory! The drawers were broken, the bin drawer was broken, the balcony floor was filthy so we all had black feet walking around, trying to get kids not to put their feet on the lounge or the bed! The sink was blocked. There was no tea or coffee (but there was a coffee pod machine and milk in the fridge?) we had a call saying if we were there early to check in it should be ok, would be classed as a priority, we did turn up early due to a long drive and small children, however waiting to check in in the foyer because “check in is at 2” while watching everyone else check in and get their keys was frustrating. Had the receptionist been nice, I might have been ok with this. We have stayed in nearly all these south Brisbane apartments, this was the most unsatisfactory for service and general condition.
