Well-apportioned house with plenty of room. Very good check-in instructions (beware no cell service). Easy text access to responsive property managers. Everything is labeled for easy navigation inside. This is a very quiet and comfortable location from which to visit the park. Nearest grocery is in the park so bring everything with you.
Had a great time staying at this property, which was well equipped and convenient for our trip to Yosemite.WiFi was adequate, which was a surprise considering the location. We were even treated to watching three bears walking past the breakfast room one morning!
The cabin was located in a quiet area away from the crowds of tourists. My son and I enjoyed having our separate areas. I had the bedroom on the main level and my son had the loft which included a 1/2 bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living area comfortable
It was a nice little cabin in Yosemite. I wouldn't have a problems staying again. Nice starlink internet in a place with almost no cell reception. They included some games and movies which were nice for a chill evening.

Recommend this Cabin
I loved staying here while visiting Yosemite. It was nice and cozy and the heater downstairs warmed up the whole house. The only downside is the drive to the trash disposal and having to park up the hill but other than that I would definitely stay here again!
I loved this house. It is in great condition and the beauty of the nature that surrounds it is breathtaking.I arrived just a check in time and was fortunate enough to experience a quick snowstorm that enhanced the views. The place is not 'updated' in the sense used by real estate listings, but things are in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. I hope to rent it again.
Conveniently located between Yosemite Valley and Mariposa Grove we were able to spend 3 nights and see much of the park easily. Slider to deck could stand to be replaced or repaired, and a screen added. There's an airstream camper in the back of the driveway, and someone was staying there two of the nights, parking right in the middle of the driveway, which was sort of weird, and made it a little challenging when we arrived home late the one night and didn't want to park them in. As stated there are a number of steps down to the house, and the internet is definitely not great, but there's very little regular cell service, so it's better than nothing, but don't plan on streaming anything. Plenty of room for my husband and I are are two young adult kids - the loft was perfect for them with the two beds and half bath up there.
Do note that you have to drive quite a ways to drop off trash and there was no recycling. There's an address listed next to the trashcan in the kitchen that tells you where to find the dumpster, but plan on an extra 10+ minutes when you're leaving if you're just planning to drop off on your way out. It was a bit of a drive to the other end of the development to this location. Not sure why there isn't one closer, guessing the owners either own another house down there or have friends they split the dumpster with, and it happens to be in front of this other house all the way at the end of the other section of the neighborhood, down a few switchbacks.
We enjoyed our stay at this house. Perfect for two adults and two kids (10 & 15). We enjoyed meals on the deck overlooking the woods and playing evening board games. The place was clean and a well-supplied kitchen allowed us to cook all our meals while we stayed. Easy access to Yosemite Valley with gorgeous drive in! Helpful having full-size washer and dryer.

Recommended Accommodations
The building and the room are very clean. There is no parking lot. There is a long staircase from the road to the building, so it is hard to carry heavy luggage. Tableware is provided and you can cook immediately.
Had a great stay with our kids (15 & 10). Plenty of meals al fresco on the deck where we caught sights of some exciting wildlife! Board games in the evening. You never know what you will get in terms of kitchen equipment but this place was well-equipped. We made simple meals and could have expanded our menu if we had known that it was this well equipped. Nice having the second bathroom upstairs for the kids and a full-size washer & dryer. I had not stayed at a Vacasa property before, but the starter kit including kitchen towels, soap, and detergent was perfect for our stay of a few days. Also, the Vacasa support line was super-helpful when we couldn't figure out the lock. I highly recommend this place.

Difficult access
I was a little concerned because of the 'rustic' description, and the comments on the daunting stairs. But the home was very nice and clean. We managed the stairs ok, but the expectation that we park up the steep hill from there? Too much for two older ladies with bad knees!

Possibilities are great , great location in the park . Just need a few updates and a deep cleaning !
This is a cozy house inside Yosemite Park, easy distance from the valley and other sites.
The beds are old and need to be updated, you only get about 60 seconds of hot water for the shower, and the wifi is barely functional.

Nice place to stay
Clean house and sleeps four. Well labeled house with clear details . Beds are clay and kitchen utensils are good.
No groceries close to home so plan to stock prior to arriving. Internet is not great and TV entertainment is limited .

Great location but needs some attention
This house is in an amazing spot, conveniently placed for Yosemite Valley and Wawona. The place itself has a very well equipped kitchen and is spacious. However, it really does need some TLC. The bed downstairs is very uncomfortable and some of the other furniture needs either repairing or replacing. It's a real shame as this place could be stunning.
Nice cabin in quiet location. Sliding doors didn't slide well. Hot water ran out quickly. Poor quality toilet paper. Bedroom window broken.

Decent and well stocked
The property is decent, although arriving at night time is a caution. There were no lights and there's 20 steps down to the entrance. The parking spot designated is at the top of the driveway so be ready to unload at the top of the stairs and then park at the top and walk back down to avoid lugging down belongings. The fully stocked kitchen is a big plus! The living area is spacious. We didn't use the TV, and WiFi is pretty slow. We saw a brown bear, mama and her cub, one morning around 8AM at the top of the driveway. The beds are okay - no support. The windows can be opened but the upstairs doesn't get much circulation.

Nothing Like the picture
This property was misrepresented. There was a strong odor throughout the house and it was not clean. slept on the coach with a blanket and left in the morning. There was no phone service. They said there was a view, but it was down in the trees. No groceries or food available, so pack in your own.
Getting to the cabin was fairly easy, except finding the driveway. We expected the 30 step stairs, so no issues there.Getting into the cabin was a smooth process (emailed code worked just fine), and it was nice to see how spacious it was for two adults and a 15 & 11 year old kids. The cabin is located a short 40 min drive from the Yosemite Park welcome center! And there were plenty of places to stop by on the way.A couple of items of attention. The water heater located in the bedroom closet makes some ticking sound (fairly loud). I put up with it the first night, but for the second night I waited until everyone went to bed and shut off the water flow to the heater, and that took care of the ticking noise. The other issue we encountered was that after the heater reached the desired temperature it would continuously cycle on and off. After a couple of hours I just got up and turned it off altogether.Would recommend This cabin to others, but would hope for the landlord to take care of the two issues we noticed.
