Hidden gem in historic Seagate area of Wilmington. Only minutes from Wrightsville Beach or downtown Wilmington. New everything (kitchen, bath, and bedrooms) in renovated home. Walk to breakfast, lunch & dinner. Spacious backyard on very private single lane road. Kayaking, Stand-up Paddle boarding, bird watching, and fishing all minutes away in picturesque Bradley Creek. Quick drive or bike ride to Wrightsville Beach or downtown Wilmington.
Note: Backyard is not fenced in.

Two weeks of fun

We did 2 weeks in Wilmington at this property. Clean, well stocked, great location, so easy to work with the owner. We will be back to Seagate's Trolley!

Extremely nice place and very clean. This was my son and I and his few friends for a very low-key fishing trip for his bachelor party. We enjoyed the house very much and appreciated it.

Nice rental in a great location

Very nice rental, big, clean, and in a quiet and convenient location. The owners were responsive and helpful. I worked remotely for part of my stay, and the internet was reliable and fast. There is also a nice brewery and restaurant a very short walk away.

Beautiful home and close to everything!

This home was fabulous! Clean, spacious and close to restaurants, water, and activities. Our family enjoyed kayaking, visiting the Arlie Gardens, Wrightsville beach, great breakfast spots and Wrightsville Brewery. The backyard was perfect for tossing a football or relaxing in the evenings.

Clean, Convenient, & Quiet

A nicely updated, clean, and a nice sized space. It was a great place to have as a landing spot to be able to do all things in Wilmington and at the beach. The home is easy to get to and provided a space away from the hustle and bustle.

Quiet and clean

Nice out of the way from traffic and quiet. More space than expected. Nothing was more than 15 minutes away. Great for UNCW visits.
