Good location

The hotel is very close to the city centre. The room needs serious updating, the internet is not working at all at the end of the corridor on the last floor. Poor choice of breakfast. Very old furniture in the room. 25’ walk from the train station to the hotel.

スタッフも和か。女性一人でも安心して泊まれるホテル

チェックインの時間より 早めに到着しましたが、にこやかに 部屋に入れてくれました。少し照明が暗いかな？と初日はおもいましたが、2日目からは慣れて気にならず、、。壁紙がオシャレで居心地も良かったです。朝食も落ち着いて静かにゆっくり楽しめました。クロワッサンも焼きたてで美味しく、半熟のゆで卵も嬉しかったです。スタッフの皆さんの笑顔の対応も癒されました。また宿泊したいです。

Smallest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room

Everything in the room was tiny, even the bed but I slept well. The TV is ridiculously small. I was charged for parking and breakfast, which was yucky. Not worth the price.

Alexander - nice

Very nice and serviceminded staff. Breakfast ok. Room fine. But the first one I got (no 12) was rather cramped and too narrow. There was a slow water leak from the sink and when I told the staff they immediately offered me another (and bigger) room, which I gladly accepted. And they also helped me with train and bus times without me even asking. Thank you. The location is good and walking distance to most things, city center, railway station etc. Nice area too.

Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand, schön eingerichtete Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, zentrale Lage, und das ist auch das einzig negative: die anliegenden Strassen sind so laut, daß die Fenster dicht geschlossen sein müssen, was bei der Hitze der letzten Tage schwer auszuhalten war.

staff were lovely

hotel was fine, not perfect, but for us just what we needed. close to the centre of everything, clean, tidy, a little old fashioned but suited what we needed. some people pay for 3* but expect 5* treatment. we had everything we needed. bed and breakfast, warm room, comfortable bed, great shower and friendly helpful staff.
