A wraparound sofa faces the indoor fireplace, providing a natural spot to settle in with a warm drink while snow falls outside the vaulted windows. Soft natural light and woodland views frame the room, and a TV and stereo offer simple entertainment whenever you want a quiet night in.
Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space makes it easy to prepare breakfasts before heading out or hearty dinners after returning from the slopes. The dining table seats eight and overlooks the trees, giving meals an easy, relaxed feel whether you are sharing stories from the day or planning tomorrow’s route.
Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV with cable, and a private balcony with scenic views. Its ensuite includes a walk-in glass shower, deep soaking bathtub, and double vanity. On the lower level, the second bedroom offers a queen bed with an ensuite bath, and the third bedroom includes a king-split bed that can convert to two twins. The den provides a tri-bunk bed suited for kids or extra guests. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. A third full bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity serves the lower level, and a powder room sits just off the main living area.

The deck features a private hot tub and seasonal BBQ, both set against a backdrop of quiet forest. After a cold day outside, the hot tub offers a warm, sheltered retreat. The entryway provides ample space for ski gear, and the private garage with additional driveway parking simplifies winter travel.

You will have access to a free washer and dryer, Wifi, a dedicated workspace, heating, portable fans, and a safe. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, and bathroom essentials are provided, along with home safety features including a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. A private entrance and smart lock support easy self check-in.
Neighborhood & ski access
Set in the Cedar Ridge complex above the Upper Village, this townhouse offers ski access via the Village Run trail, allowing you to reach the slopes without needing to drive or take transportation. The Benchlands neighborhood remains peaceful throughout winter while still placing you close to Whistler’s shops, dining, and gondolas when you want to explore further.
Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Private garage for one vehicle and one additional driveway spot. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Cedar Ridge is a collection of sought-after townhomes perched adjacent to the Village Run, offering rare and seamless ski-in/ski-out access to both Whistler and Excalibur gondolas. Set in Whistler’s sought-after Benchlands neighbourhood, the area is known for its peaceful mountain setting close to Whistler’s key amenities.
Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
• No window in the den. Please note that there are no windows in the room with the tri-bunk
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
