On the lower level, the second bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bath, while the third bedroom includes a king-split bed that can convert to two twins. The den provides a tri-bunk bed suited for kids or extra guests. A third bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity completes the lower level, and a convenient powder room sits on the main floor.

One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
