Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.

Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $500. The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.

Excellent location in Whistler Village +Walkable to everything
All around great condo w/ hot tub and walking distance to all of whistler village and whistler/blackcomb ski lifts. We did not need to use our car more than once although parking was easy and accessible. Would definitely stay here again. Group of: 5 adult family members Only complaint is hot tub reservation system, names on a sheet of paper, which resulted in an extremely rude interaction with a fellow guest who demanded we leave the pool area.

Good location, fair accommodation
The condo is in a great location in the vVllage and close to everything. We were 2 families up for Thanksgiving weekend. The unit is in fair condition and minimally stocked, with basic kitchen supplies and minimal towels provided. All the door access codes were a little annoying. Things to note, the king bed is 2 singles put together. There is only 1 parking spot available, there are 3 visitor spots available for a second car but they were always full so we parked the second car in the Whistler day lots. All in all it was decent accommodation in a great location.

The condo was as described and suited our group of 6 well. There was a beautiful view of Blackcomb from the balcony. The condo was located in the village and close to shops and restaurants. We all enjoyed our stay except for... the check-in code to the garage, front door, and our unit did not work when we arrived late evening. Not a great feeling when you have driven several hours after a long day of sightseeing. Eventually the rental agency night manager helped us with another code. Kudos to this women for her patience as I was less than patient myself. The parking for the condo unit is a disaster. This complaint is less about the owners of the condo and more about the architect: who designs underground parking for a 6 person condo at a SKI resort that will only fit a Mini, maybe a Civic or a small SUV like a CR-V, definitely not a Chevy Tahoe. The lack of parking should be clearly described for the unit in its advertising. Also, a description of nearby public parking at the library ~half-block away would have reduced angst. Surprisingly, there was no sign for the library parking, I found it with my phone app of Whistler parking about midnight. These two issues put a damper on my enthusiasm for the condo, but eventually I enjoyed my visit. I would return, knowing the strategy for parking. Property manager and owner, please clarify these issues for the benefit of everyone who follows.
