Things to Note: Home is located in a quiet family neighborhood with lots of street parking. Like most of Waco, this neighborhood is a mixture of old and new homes. There are quite a few older homes, some rundown, some needing some TLC, but it is fun to drive around and see all the potential "Fixer Uppers" that Chip and Joanna might hit up next.

Centrally located just 2 miles to Magnolia's Little Shop on Bosque, 4.5 miles to Magnolia Market/Silos, 5.5 miles to Magnolia Table, close to Brazos River Walk, Top Golf, Main Event, Cinemax, Waco Surf, and so much more.

Pretty Awesome Little Place

This was a fun little place to stay, in a great location. Decorated well! The flooring, especially in the bathroom, is a little uneven. If you know that going in it’s not a huge deal. Enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic stay in Waco

We had an incredible stay in Waco! The property was incredibly well stocked, clean, and looked just like the listing. Staying in a beautiful, curated space like this was just the breather we needed for the weekend. The fenced backyard and patio were wonderful for our 1.5 year old and dog.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this house! The house was very clean, and Karen was a great host. She accommodated our puppy well and paid attention to all the small details. I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Waco!

Great little home

Very clean and standard even though the neighborhood is a little run down. Great little home to spend the weekend in. Only qualm was the cat outside the home screaming all night.
