The village is great for walks in nature and you can walk all the way up to citadel Drivenik to enjoy the wiew. The village has a local grocery shop 200 m from the house, as well as cafe bar and post office. You will need a car to get to the sea but it is around 10 min drive in each direction (Crikvenica, Jadranovo, Kraljevica..). Our house is completely private but the street as well as the village is inhabited.
When you enter the property it assures you privacy behind the old stone walls surrounding the house. You will have a pool, outside solar shower and dining area in the yard.
The property includes the whole house with private yard and pool. The house itself was built in 1926 as a typical mediterranean stone house and although renovated recently, most of the authentic details are still kept. House features 2 spacious bedrooms on the 1st floor with air conditioning and a small living room with flat screen tv and sofa on the ground floor, 6 person capacity total. Children and baby equipment is available on request. Fully equiped kitchen featuring dishwasher, toaster, owen, juicer and drip coffee maschine. One bathroom with bath tub and sink and outside we offer a solar shower. Laundry room features a washing maschine, sink and extra fridge. Organic garden is available for our guests to pick & eat and our herbs and veggies would love you if you give them some water.

Our idea for this project comes from love for nature, healthy food and living simple in the country side yet close to the sea enough so you can smell the salt in the air. We encourage our guests to pick and eat all available veggies and herbs and water the garden when it's thirsty. Our house is old, it was built in 1926 as a classic stone house typical for mediterranean village as it once was. The house was renovated often through the years and the last renovation was in 2021. All over the property you will find charming and unique details but renewed and refreshed with lots of love. Our stairs creak and we like them that way but we also respect the needs of a modern man so we have all the apliances needed for a good vacation such as dishwasher and washing maschine. Air conditioning and WiFi is also included. Children and baby equipment is available, please contact me to make sure you will have everything you need depending on the age of your children. Pets are very welcome, please just let us know in advance if you are planning to bring one with you.
