Cosy well appointed room. Very clean. Fireplace in the room was nice. Hosts nice and friendly. Had a great recommendation for dinner. Super convenient to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

The room we got was excellent. You couldn't have asked for more amenities in a room - fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fresh water, oodles of cups, lots of outlets to plug in devices, lots of hooks to hang clothing, a drawer with items that we might have forgotten at home like shaving cream and toothbrushes, a hair dryer, a mirror outside the bathroom, lots of pillows, lots of absorbent towels, a black face cloth for makeup, books to read. It was quite amazing how well stocked one room could be. Three choices for a hot breakfast or fruit choice.

Karen, our host was friendly and attentive, greeting us on arrival with fresh muffins. She even supplied me with a canister of epsom salts when I mentioned I would have a bath in the soaker tub. All in all an exceptional and very affordable stay, just five minutes from the Victoria airport. The full breakfast is exceptional!

Loved the house, had old world charm and a lot of history. The owners were very friendly and accomodating and informative. The breakfast wad excellen, the eggs were just right and the croissants were fabulous. Would definitely stay there again.
