"Everything was exactly as advertised and Michelle was just great in taking me through the set up when we arrived after dark. Nothing was too much trouble. Despite the bucket loads of rain, we got some quick visits in to some local spots, yummy town cafe and a walk to the beach but were very glad to return to a lovely warm house each time. Thank you for providing a great space to stay in."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our break in Cape Paterson with our dog (11 year old). This is our second time staying here and love it as it has everything you need and truly a pet friendly place. It was an easy walk to the beautiful cafe Zeal and Flow as well as the beach to the rock pool. Cape Paterson is a wonderful place to relax and explore. We’ll be coming back for sure. Thank you to Geoff for letting us spend a week in gorgeous Seabreeze."

"With just a few inexpensive additions this could have been much better. Like a previous comment, the dartboard and pool table were a disapointment with only one pool cue with a working tip. There was no triangle to set the balls up and no chalk blocks for the pool cue tips. The dart board has no darts. All easy cheap fixes. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or hand towels (we just used a bath towel). We also ran out of dishwashing liquid (not much to start with) and our request for more...

"Great location and set up with the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Unfortunately the house wasn't as clean as it could have been, oven and most utensils had to be clean before being used, outside bin already overflowing before our arrival, had to buy toilet paper and nil basic condiments supplied."

"Had everything we needed. Only negative was the beach nearby didn’t allow dogs (even on leads) but that’s nothing to do with the house. Loved toasting marshmellows on the fire pit."
