We offer master with ensuite , bathroom. kitchen and modern makeover. .ALL BEDS ARE MADE UP WITH LINEN ,TOWELS SUPPLIED
Whether you stay for a day or a few weeks you will enjoy the relaxing lifestyle at this small seaside town .The house is a 3 minute walk to lovely park About ten minute walk to beach ,where you have a choice of ocean surf beach or the quieter bathing beach .
There is plenty to do, the much busier Inverloch is a 15 minute scenic drive with many
interesting stops on the way to explore.There is plenty of fishing opportunities with our ocean boat launch.Golf courses are not far away We have our own Cape Tavern which is great for a meal and dining To get main supplies Its a ten minute drive to Wonthaggi which has a great range of shops to satisfy ang needs

Nice Quiet Street

We dont have much traffic as its a nice quiet street with as much pedestrian traffic as cars ,There are four bedrooms two with queen beds ,one double size bed and two single beds that are the bunks
Doonas and all linen, and towels are supplied


There is a full size fridge and washing machine
Also reverse cycle airconditioner
There is a covered timber deck as well as out door chairs and table
there are low maintenance polished timber floors throughout

It was very good for anyone with a dog. Just a shame the microwave had a note to say it was broken and the tv in the main bedroom doesn't get reception so only ABC. Otherwise all very good

Seabreeze Escape...a hidden gem

We had a lovely stay at Seabreeze Escape. The house was well suited to 2 couples and our dogs. The house was really well stocked with everything needed...far more generous than other places we have stayed. The yard is completely securely fenced for pets. It is an easy walk to the beach. Great food at local Cape Tavern!

Lovely Cape Paterson

Fresh, clean, well equipped and comfortable including a comfortable deck for outdoor relaxing- my husband may have enjoyed a nap on its modular couch while reading a book. A fab base for enjoying the beach.We will definitely stay again

Family beach holiday

Second time here, and again had a fabulous holiday. Location is great, easy to walk to beach or pub. Backyard is handy for bocce and all enclosed so dog was kept safe. Everything is provided for you and bed super comfy.Thank you Geoff, will definitely return soon.here and

Great place to stay

This is a fantastic place to stay in Cape Paterson. What makes it great is that all the basics of a holiday house are nailed. It is clean. It is well furnished. It is well equipped. The cutlery and crockery is decent. Bedding is great. Towels are decent. Staying here was effortless (unlike a lot of places). And it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Great space for a family

The house was perfect for our family, with the beach only a minute away and a park around the corner, it is perfect for kids. The board games provided were also a plus! The house was very neat and clean with plenty of space everyone to relax.

The property was clean, quiet and fairly closer to restaurants. The beach is just 10 minutes drive. The bigger house would have been ideal for us.
