Ryan's vacation home

“Ryan’s Holiday House” at San Remo is perfect for gatherings with family and friends. It is also a fantastic location for business functions and retreats.

Stunning views across Phillip Island foreshore and only a 10-minute walk to Bore Beach where to can feel the warm sand under your feet and take in the sheer beauty the area is renowned for.

Fabulous location just five minutes drive to central San Remo. Beautiful boutiques, a supermarket, cafes, and restaurants all at your disposal. San Remo is a seaside fishing village, cast a line off the jetty or for some serious angling, book a scheduled or private fishing charter. Pelicans can be fed daily before they head back out to the sea.

If you don't have any luck fishing, stop by San Remo Fishing Co-operative for the best Fish & Chips in the region, or buy seafood fresh off the boat.

The House:
"Ryan’s Holiday House" was newly constructed in 2019 with classical furniture and decor. This two storey executive style house accommodates up to 20 guests and offers heating and air-conditioning throughout.

Eight master bedrooms all with private ensuites, and smart lock access-control to ensure privacy for all guests. Spacious living areas equipped with Smart TV, Free WI-FI, electric fireplace, luxurious adjustable backrest lounge suites, an exquisite dining setting, and a completely authentic tea-set section.

The Kitchen:
A fully appointed modern kitchen with spacious pantry, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher and electric oven. Utensils, rice cooker, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle are also included.

Outside:
The downstairs outdoor balcony offers sanctuary for an outdoor meals, and drinks with family, friends or colleagues. Ideal for a lazy breakfast, or a restful retreat while soaking up the ambience. This fabulous deck is ambient, spacious and private.

The double garage offers secure parking for two vehicles. Off-street parking is available for other guests.

Great base for group trip

The place was absolutely perfect for a group wanting to explore all the things San Remo and Phillip Island has to offer. There were plenty of comfy beds so no one had to share and a great communal space downstairs. Would stay again.

Great for groups

We were all able to have our own rooms with ensuite. Generous size rooms and the beds were very comfortable. The showers had lovely hot water. The communal areas were a great size. Nice outside area. San Remo is a great area to explore.

Family Christmas reunion

Great layout with separate suites allowing family groups some private time while also sharing the kitchen and larege indoor and outdoor areas. Nice lawn area inside fence for kids to play.

Great for groups

This our second time staying at this property. The property was great for our large group of extended family, everyone being able to stay in the same house but still having their own space, especially couples having there own bathrooms.

Very roomy house

Great house with 8 large bedrooms each with its own ensuite. House was very clean and the host was very easy to communicate with. Short drive to town and short walk to the bay or back beach. The only downside were the views. All together however we were very happy with the house.

Great place for extended family trip

Very clean and spacious. Each bedroom was huge and had its own full en-suite and walk in robe. Induction stovetop in the kitchen. Would highly recommend this to large family groups. The pool table was a bonus! There was no clutter. Child friendly. Large yard to play in. Overall I loved staying here.

80th birthday celebration for my family.

The perfect property for the group of 19. 8 bedrooms, each with an ensuite made things very simple. Large well equipped rooms, plenty of living space and the outdoor lounge area very popular. The Pool table was a hit, it had lots of use. Thanks also for the BBQ - almost essential for a big group. It will certainly be a wonderful memory for my 80th birthday celebration.

Another great stay at Ryan’s

Easy access, mostly very clean. Front entrance steps have no rail- recommend using the rear entrance for those with mobility issues and luggage access. Our large multigenerational extended family find the set up great apart from not enough lounge chairs to all relax in. Nice outdoor area. Very comfy beds.

Ideal Rental for our Group
