The Cubby House – spacious family-sized home by the sand dunes

The Cubby House is a bright and spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located by the sand dunes above Phillip Island's hidden gem, Surf Beach. With two living areas (one with pool table and entertainment system, Foxtel and Chromecast for streaming services); one with TV and chromecast) and a beautiful rear deck, it swallows families with ease. The kitchen is well-equipped with sharp knives, cooking utensils, the usual appliances, coffee machine and basics in the pantry.

The Cubby House is double-glazed throughout to help keep it cosy in winter, cool in summer and quiet all year round.

There is reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living area and a column heater and a fan in each bedroom.
