Couldnt open the key safe and was then instructed to use a spare key safe around the side where i noticed the broken side door. The property only had 1 small window in the kitchen and no outside light. There was stacks of rubbish behind the unit. Stayz management called me to ask for the exact address where i was which i thought strange, they also got my name mixed up with someone staying in front house. I asked if the house was aware i had 2 dogs out the back and they didnt know. There were no towels either. The couch was covered in stains"
