Great location, a little hard to park on arrival to check in. Had to park next door in car park then come back to reception. Otherwise it’s a great spot and accommodation. Definitely stay here again

A bit of confusion when I arrived yes I thought that car park in was included in my price. The website is a little confusing about that. To your credit the staff member who dealt with me was very gracious and waved any fee so I could still park there. I found the staff very attentive and very friendly and efficient. Full marks to this hotel. The other criticism I would have is that you cannot say that there is soundproofing in the rooms. You can still clearly hear the traffic noise going on outside. I may sound sleeper so it did not affect me but others will be affected by this. Otherwise an excellent hotel at the right price. Well done.
