Staff very helpful. Room clean. Comfortable bed. Not a well stocked kitchen, nothing that couldn’t be solved cheaply at Woolworth across the street. Fun location. Plenty of restaurants and bars.

The room was clean, the building was well located, and the room was reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again. They were doing work on the roof and ceiling of our floor when we were there, which is my only complaint.

This was the second time I have stayed here as the location and facilities are just what you need for a city break. Its easy access to the train station to get in and out of the city, the apartments are spacious, comfortable and easy access to shops and supermarkets for supplies.

3 day trip catching up with family. Nice area with good shopping and dining options. Close enough to walk into Melbourne along the river or catch a train. Room had good facilities but airconditioning couldn’t be adjusted.

Excellent apartment very close to Melbourne CBD. Everything was as described - a lovely spacious apartment withing walking distance to all public transport, and only 2 stops on the train into Flinders St station.Plenty of dining options & bars within 5 minutes of apartment, with a Woolies across the road (50 metres). Would definitely stay here again next time in Melbourne.

Short and sweet stay. The room was very comfortable and very big! I didn’t expect a second room. Everything was comfortable and clean. The r shower and water pressure was lovely. The tub was a tad slippery to initially get into. Not an issue but good to note. A great “go-to”.

The receptionist who I met upon arrival was very helpful and is an asset to the business. The apartment is in a wonderful location and close to dining, shopping and entertainment. The apartment itself was spacious and very well resourced (oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, bath/shower, washing machine and dryer). Comfortable couch and a dining table/chairs to use. Lovely balcony. I advised the property on maintenance and cleaning issues which do need attending to. I would be happy to stay at the property again provided the cleaning and maintenance feedback is actioned. Thank you.

The property is comfortable, but basic, and a little dusty in higher up areas. The showers are also quite basic and are difficult to get to a comfortable temperature, but this is only a minor inconvenience. Staff are great and helped out with any concerns I had during my stay - but I did struggle getting in touch with the property through the Expedia chat before checkin. I'd recommend giving them a call if you need anything, as they were very happy to help. All told, I'd stay here again in future.
