check the weather first
we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment. it was spacious and very well appointed. great views of the Dandenongs from the 7th floor. situated in a very vibrant neighbourhood with multiple dining options. 2 minute walk to the train station and a few minutes to The Glen. Unfortunately for us it was extremely windy the day we checked in. the wind caused a loud high pitched whistling noise within our apartment. we were unable to tolerate this noise. reception was not manned and as we were very distressed we went home. on a normal day this would be a great place to stay, especially for a few days or more.

Great budget option, affordable & practical accom
Basic but clean & well equipped apartment in convenient location. Couple of small issues, like a broken light switch, stains in carpet etc so probably due for some general maintenance. Also the balcony/ windows face west and their is only 1 very small split system so the apartment really heats up in the afternoon during summer. Overall though a great budget option for affordable and practical accommodation.

Conveniently located apartment
Had great experience the first time 6 months ago. This time around was confirmed I can check in at 12pm the day before, was told on best effort only on arrival, attitude of the lady wasn't great, kept talking on phone. This room is facing west, extremely hot, and there is only a single layer blind which huge amount of heat penetrates through. First time around was east facing, was great, the guy at check in was very helpful as well. Great to have a place to park without additional cost. Apartment is clean. The Glen within walking distance, plenty of nice eateries nearby.

Pleasant Stay in Glean Waverley
We stayed near family for Christmas. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Location was great, right in the hear of Glen Waverley shopping precinct and above the train station. Communication on how to check in was first class as well.

Have stayed here before with no issue but would be reluctant to do so again. Room smelt strongly of curry and this did not dissipate during my 2 night stay. Extremely questionable stains on lounge that looked fresh and little to no attempt had been made to clean making it unusable. Had to throw a blanket over it to cover it up.Mouldy bathroom.
