"It’s a big hotel so it should have a big resto. Amenities not presented or advised/offered properly at check-in (wifi, mini-bar). Study chair should be replaced as it is dirty. Call Centre is not fully trained to handle/transfer calls - called 4x to request for early check-in but unsuccessful each ..."

"Well located for access to the CBD and Docklands. Noticeable drop in staffing standards since our last pre- Covid visit and poor follow up on calls to reception. Some maintenance issues not fixed during our stay, odd cutlery and crockery collections, no hairdryer in the unit."
