Very poor. One reception staff member trying to check people in, answer phones, answer and open the front doors, take requests from guests to fix televisions etc. At one stage, we were unable to check in as the third party booking site had not sent details through apparently. I was able to show booking on my phone, but staff member not interested. (booked a week ahead). Reception staff member clearly stressed and unable to cope (had to walk away and compose herself). Managers off sick and not able to support her via phone. Was an absolute cluster! Was offered a bottle of Sav Blanc for inconvenience which was nice. Finally got a room after a few phone calls and nearly 40 minutes! Room not serviced between days (left the “make up my room” sign on the door handle at 10.30am).
