With space for up to 10 family and friends and only 400 metres to the beach, this house is sure to meet all of your holiday needs. 4 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds, 2 bathrooms - 1 with large spa bath, open plan family room with 58" t.v. wifi, Large outdoor gazebo with b.b.q and outdoor setting, plus room for the kids to play outside.
Located just 7 mins from Cowes and San Remo you are central to all the island has to offer including Grand Prix track penguins and restaurants. Surfies point is located just a short stroll down the end of the road for a relaxing walk along the sand or even some surf fishing. visit the Nobbies and Churchill island, the chocolate factory, amaze n things for the kids, the RSL for a great feed, so much for everyone on the island.

A nice house in quiet setting

We enjoyed the house and the spaces. Including the garden with pagoda in the back. Cutlery etc was not super clean on arrival. But a lovely stay

Very clean and tidy, the owner prepared delicious chocolate, is a very correct choice

The whole house is bright, the garden space is beautiful, and the master bedroom on the second floor is very nice, which adds a warmth to our journey

Not a good experience

We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.

Had a Blast

Great house and will definitely be back in the near future. Good location and very clean with a decent yard, double garage and all the good mod cons. Only thing that could be better is the couches, tad uncomfortable but that’s minor. Can’t wait to go back

Great Family Holiday Location

Our family had a wonderful week away at Seaside Gem. It is in an ideal location to explore the attractions of Phillip Island. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 people and being pet friendly sets it apart from other properties. Thank you Peter for an enjoyable stay. We highly recommend Seaside Gem.

Great Home away from Home

This home is delightful,It is lovely and clean with great modern ameneties . There were 10 of us and we were very comfortable. Owners were very good to deal with and at short notice allowed us to take our two big dogs they too were very comfortable with lots of shade and they were happy as the deck is next to the lounge and they were happy being able to see us . Great place for walks on the beach or along the cliffs tops. Thanks for sharing your great home .The Marshalls, Stoners and Sherwins

Seaside Gem

What a great house. There was 8 of us and there was space for everyone to relax. Not once did it feel crowded. Seaside gem was light, airy, clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The outside space is great too. Our kids wanted to move in permanently!
