Satellite TV. Finish your night with great bottle of wine and the gorgeous sunset over the vineyards!!. Strongly recommended to arrive during daylight.

Property is located next to convenience stores, gas stations famous wineries (Santo Tomas, Adobe Guadalupe, L.A. Cetto, Monte Xanic, to name a few) and famous restaurants (Vina Altozano, Fuego, Hacienda Guadalupe, Corazon De Tierra, to name a few). Spiral stairs from living room to one of the lofts. Although great large stove inside property, outside has BBQ, Pizza oven, and, and grill.

**** please note house is under solar power and batteries. Electricity is limited.
NO A/C. Please conserve power to avoid black out. There is an secondary power source (power generator).
High clearance vehicle is highly recommended. With rain 4X4 recommended ***

This is Baja California and you are surrounded by Valle de Guadalupe wilderness, this is a nature experience not a Downtown Hilton Experience.

Isolated cabin 1/4 a mile from main highway. Low profile vehicle not recommended due to rough terrain similar to Fire-roads of the US. Take at your own risk. Higher clearance vehicle is highly recommended. With rain 4x4 is recommended. “ This is Baja”
