There are four townhomes per building. Laundry is shared with the other three units in the building.



We provide you some starter amenities to help your stay as well as complimentary bathroom amenities including shampoo, conditioner and body wash.





Enjoy your stay in this lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath townhome, tucked away in a private community, surrounded by mature Pine Trees and lush Olive Trees!



Pets aren't allowed at the pool.



The townhome is fully equipped with cooking utensils, flatware, pots, pans and a brand new Keurig. Guests are welcomed with complimentary coffee and snacks.



Living room- This cozy room has a 43" Smart TV, games, local magazines and a comfortable couch.



Kitchen- The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary appliances to enjoy a home cooked meal. There is a seating area for up to 4 guests.



Bedroom 1 and 2 - Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds! One bedroom has a large desk with a lamp.

Each bedroom has a closet and hangers.



Bedroom 1 has a 40" Smart TV!



Bathroom- There is a full bathroom, tub and shower with complimentary amenities, and hotel grade towels and makeup towels!



Patio- Enjoy your morning listening to the birds outside on the patio set.



Pool- There are two community pools, please note the pool is unheated and there is no lifeguard on duty.



Washer & Dryer- download the app to pay to use-shared among 3 other units in the building.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive check-in instructions the day prior to check-in!



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is nestled on a green, beautiful 16 acre property with a view of the mountains! Enjoy a morning walk around the neighborhood and a nice walk to Pinnacle Peak and restaurants!



Getting Around:

It is very easy to get around the city, enjoy riding bikes, or take an uber out! You are only minutes from grocery stores, Park Mall, restaurants, shopping, and many hiking trails!



Other Things to Note:

No USPS mail allowed unless delivered to the front door. Amazon packages, FedEx and UPS can be delivered to the front door.
