no breakfast available, several barking dogs, key card didn't work for my second day and had to be reset. Excellent air-conditioning during very hot days, comfortable beds, and the staff tried to be as helpful as they could. The rooms were very clean but the overall campus itself was not well taken care of.

The staff was very helpful. It seemed empty but in the evening it was packed. You would never know because everyone was very respectful and it was always quiet. The inside was clean, warm, and never had an issue with anything. I extended my stay here. And recommend it to anyone coming through Torrington. Don't judge a book by it's cover.

Oh boy what a room

This is a place i think is do for a complete make over, the bed are out dated and not very comfortable, the shower did not work well, very little water pressure, the tv was like a 20 inch. And there was a fitted, flat and a very small blanket on the bed. It was cold out side and it took for every to warm up. Other then it was a quiet place.

Property seems to be in transition but rooms are up to date, very clean has Roku TV plus Disney/ESPN. Don't be turned away by outside appearance, staff is friendly and the usually cost is very reasonable.

I don’t know if this hotel was actually open or not. It looked like it was either being demolished or renovated, it was hard to tell. There was a desk I assumed was for check in but after numerous attempts to check in & to find an employee without success I left and got a room at another hotel. I’m never going to pay in advance again!!!

Nobody at the desk at critical times. Was told via text to get batteries for tv remote from the maintenance room. No maid service. Got my wakeup call two hours early from a dog barking nonstop in another room. Sorry, I cannot recomend this motel.
