    This modern, double storey townhouse is situated in the heart of Old Torquay, a prime location only minutes from the beach, all main cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Comprising 3 generous sized bedrooms, master with en-suite and WIR, a large, open plan kitchen/dining and living area upstairs with ocean views and a large entertaining area. This property is perfect for your holiday!

    A second upstairs living area, with bunk beds and two sofa beds, makes this holiday home perfect for the kiddies! With five A/C split systems (including one in each bedroom), and two portable fans, you'll never have to worry about those hot summer nights or the chilly winter days! Be quick to book this one for summer!

    Please be advised that linen is NOT supplied or included in the advertised price however, is available to hire through an external provider for an additional cost. Please advise our friendly staff should you wish to hire linen during your stay.
