This is a lovely private room with one Queen Bed.
This a beautifully renovated house, Clean, safe and is located in one of the major and great neighbourhoods in the city.

We have four guest bedrooms and offers a great opportunity to meet and chat with other people from all over the world.
The space has 3 piece bathroom with shower. Fresh clean towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner hair dryer is provided.
Walking distance, 4 min walk to Public Transit, Restaurants, Stores.
The price is so great appealing for a private entrance space at this location.
The entire space is professionally cleaned before a new guest arrives.
The laundry is on the same floor and is shared.
There is within a 3 minute walk, is Shoppers Drug Mart, Second Cup, Subway Sandwich, (Asian food) Myoungdong Chammat Kalguksu Noodle Shop, LCBO, Esso convenience store, Nails Art- Manicure and Pedicure, Doctor, Dentist and Shiatsu Massage Therapy and Royal Bank.

Amazing Stay

Loved our stay at this place. The owner Charles is very sweet and helpful and doesn't interfere with your staying. Beautiful house with a backyard and peaceful neighborhood. Shoppers drug mart and banks are nearby. Highly recommended!

North York Experience

Property was nice and conveniently located close to stores and gas station., It was not 5.4 miles distance that I expected from Scarborough where I visited my family. So far, everything turned out to be okay.
