This bright and airy legal basement suite offers a calm, restful stay with a warm, home-like feel from the moment you arrive. Thoughtfully prepared and exceptionally well kept, it’s a cozy and inviting place to unwind, with freshly washed linens and careful attention to cleanliness after every stay.

The basement level includes two separate units, and both are accessed through the same side entrance. This suite has its own private kitchen, bathroom, and essential household amenities for a comfortable stay. Please note that the laundry area is the only shared space and is shared with one other basement unit. We are a quiet couple living upstairs and keep noise and foot traffic to a minimum.

We’re friendly and always happy to help if guests need anything during their stay. We also enjoy connecting with guests who would like to chat, but we never want to intrude, so we usually let guests take the lead and always respect their privacy and personal space.
