Staff was wonderful and very friendly. I booked a King room and got 2 Queens instead, which was disappointing. The hotel has a wonderful view and is conveniently located, but it is also old and run down. The bathroom was dingy.

Front desk attendant was wonderful checking in! Very friendly and professional! The room however could use an updating. We had 3 people getting ready for an event and not having even an additional mirror in the room was a bit tougher for all to get ready at once. Room also could use a good deep cleaning. There ware stains and food remnants on the sofa and the bathroom floor wasn’t clean at all. Convenient location but would stay elsewhere even if we have to pay a bit more.

The night shift lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! She definitely deserves a raise! Best costumer serve I've ever had. The pool looked not clean. The hot tub had caution tape around it and wasn't in use. I was scared the elevator would stop working everytime I got in it. The condition of the building was rough. The room was clean no bugs. Smelled good. Gym was good. Ice machine good. The coffee the next morning was fantastic. Best hotel coffee I'd ever had. Breakfast was soo good. I was so glad to see sausage egg biscuits instead of just oatmeal and cereal. I do wish they had creamer though but it's okay.

My family and I came for a quick visit and ended up having to extend our stay for about a week waiting for I29 to be opened past St. Jo, MO during the christmas season of 25. I cannot remember her name but the ladies who manage the front desk were very wonderful. Our rooms were fresh and clean and all the staff would greet us as we walked through to leave. The customer service was 5 star every interaction and we had many from my needing to extend to looking for places to eat and they even were able to guide me to find dinner, whether the stores were open or not and they checked on us when we would leave to see family. Our room, my bed, the breakfasts, the hot cocoa and candy canes....this was only my 2nd stay in your chain and I love it. Thank you so much to Lawrence ks Springhill Suites. It felt like staying with family.

Got a little hot but the room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfy. The down fall would be if you have never been here it’s pretty confusing on how to get here. Now I know though. Staff very friendly.
