It feels like the country but only 4.6km from the city center, it is close to local attractions, amenities, and shopping centres.

There is plenty of private parking.

Our studio apartment celebrates fun and vibrancy! It is decorated with colourful artefacts collected from journeys and visitors from around the globe. Our large garden features winding paths and secret hideaways to sit and soak up the silence and spectacular range views.

The "Cloud Forest Tree" is just one of the features during the annual Carnival of Flowers garden competition and over 4000 people visit the garden over the 10 days each September.

There is a small outdoor table and chairs on the paved patio outside your front door. there are also seats and benches scattered throughout the garden and a pop-out map behind the front door, so you can enjoy the lish cushiony lawn.

An ever-growing project, the garden beds are full of exotic fruit trees and bird-friendly shrubs. It features flowering gums, a cacti and succulents garden, a collection of gingers, five waterlily ponds, aloes, bromeliads, fern gardens and an 18m cloud-forest canopy tree.

Be engulfed by the sounds of crickets, cicadas, and frogs that change their tune throughout the day. Watch wild bird – finches and superb blue wrens flit among the bushes with cockatoos, lorikeets and king parrots as occasional visitors.

If you’re up early enough, you might catch echidnas or wallabies grazing the lawn or a goanna ambling through - but you have to go looking for the resident amphibians and fish. You are welcome to go spotlighting at night to see bandicoots, nightjars and possums.

Property conditions & facilities

4/5 Good

Travelled with partner
Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Proudly a little different to most properties the garden is large and green. Inside is warm with a lovely shower and all necessities, including an oven which we didn't expect or use as we found local eateries. There is little natural light but good electric lighting. Apartment is larger than the dark antique furniture makes it seem.
