Tokatta sayılı olabilecek bir güzellik.
Gerçekten çok kaliteli ve süper hizmet veren bir otel tekrar tokata geldiğimde yine sendeyim fırat palace teşekkürler ayrıca açık büfe kahvaltı ve tokat kale manzarasıda harikaydı.

Good location. Close to the Otogar. There is a minibus and bus stop in front of the hotel. Hotel undergoing renovation in the lobby but things were quiet at night and in the morning. Helpful staff.

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht weiter.
Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig. Auf den Zimmern der Straßenseite ist es laut. Personal ist unfreundlich, sagt z.B. nie "Hallo".

Merkeze yakın. Sadece gece girişte sorun yaşadım. Gece işim dolayısıyla çıkmıştım döndüğümde otel kapalıydı. Açtırmak için 10 dk cama vurmak zorunda kaldım. Otelin gece kapandığına ilk kez şahit oldum.
