Our stay in Thorold ON Canada was amazing. The location was very central to all that we wanted to do (Niagara Falls, Rolph's Family Farm, Toronto, etc)The home was very comfortable and spacious for a family of 6.We would definitely stay here again if planning another trip to the area and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

The house is large, comfortable, and in a quiet neighbourhood. Ahmed was a great host and ensured we were able to access the house even when our flight was late. It just needed a coffee machine and hair dryer and it would have everything we would have needed. Very enjoyable stay and would stay again.

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing and we ultimately left after only one night, while still being charged for the remaining 6 nights without any compensation from the host. This is by far the worst experience anybody in our party ever had renting a place through a platform, and we have over 30 rental experience combined.Upon arrival, the property was clearly not cleaned properly. There was a strong sewage/trash smell in the living room area, dog bones left on the floor, hair and dirt throughout the house, and overflowing garbage from previous rentals piled in the garage, causing an awful odor inside the property.The bedding situation was also unacceptable. Several beds did not even have proper sheets or comforters. One bed only had two fitted sheets instead of actual bedding. On the beds that did have sheets, we found stains, hair, and even a candy bag left inside the bedding, which made it obvious that cleaning between guests was extremely negligent.The kitchen was also severely under-equipped for a one-week stay. There was almost nothing available to cook with: no coffee maker, no cooktop, only one pan, one spatula, and no proper pots. It was impossible for a group staying a full week to prepare meals without constantly washing the very few items available. Details vs the other deficiences, When we contacted the host regarding the many cleanliness issues, he was not helpful or professional. After already having to request one additional cleaning,
