Decent home, great view but not so good property management
My wife and I and our two adult children stayed in the home for a week in July. Here is a summary:
What we liked:
- Great location in Mountain Village
- Very nice main area of living room and kitchen with beautiful view of trees and mountains
- Plenty of space
- Decent beds and nice touch of Molton Brown soaps
What we didn't like:
-Outside deck was dirty and full of debris, cobwebs, bird poop.
- Mold in master bedroom bathroom
- Somebody living in a room under the house with connection to the bottom level. They also parked two cars on the driveway while we were there. Potential renters should be informed of somebody else living in the property.
- Carpets are a tripping hazard.
- Property management was horrible. After complaining about the outside debris, received an automated message.
After complaining about the mold and additional people staying there. I received 5 automated messages, all from different people, all saying a canned AI response, without any action except a lady showing up at the house with a bottle of Clorox to try to get rid of the mold.
- House furniture feels old and ready for a revamp.
We had a decent time but will not be staying here again.
