    A cozy one-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) in the quiet Monte Verde residential complex in Conceição de Tavira, ideal for a relaxing vacation in the eastern Algarve. This accommodation offers comfort and functionality, making it perfect for couples or small families, with one bedroom featuring a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room suitable for one or two children. The region is rich in history and culture, with the charming town of Tavira nearby, known for its historic churches, traditional architecture, and strong Moorish heritage. Golf enthusiasts will find several excellent courses just minutes away, while the beaches of the Ria Formosa, such as Cabanas Beach and Tavira Island, offer calm waters and breathtaking scenery. Here you can enjoy traditional cuisine, nature walks, and an authentic Algarve atmosphere, far from mass tourism.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and a DolceGusto coffee machine. It also features a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.

    The rental includes bed linens and towels. For stays longer than 8 nights, a mid-stay cleaning service—which includes changing the bed linens and towels—can be requested for an additional fee of €27.50. This service is subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking.

    For families with infants, subject to availability and upon prior request, we provide a crib for 25 € per stay and a high chair for 15 € per stay.
