The semi-detached house with 2 apartments is located in a popular and quiet residential area in the north of Westerland. North of the property borders a small grove. The beach is within walking distance. At the end of the street there is a restaurant, a small supermarket for daily needs as well as a bakery, a cash machine and a bicycle rental. The bus stop is also in the next distance. The center is 2.5km, by bike a stone's throw.

The cozy 2-room apartment (about 40 sqm2) in the Nordic style is located in the 1st Floor of the house. Living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table, and cable TV. Separate bedroom with double bed, kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator and dining table with 4 chairs. Bathroom with shower / WC. Partially sloping walls. Cot and highchair available on request. Non smoking apartment! Pets are not allowed!

Ein sehr gemütliches Feriendomizil!

Wie haben uns in der Wohnung von Frau Andresen sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr sauber, und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Das Meer war in wenigen Minuten durch das kleine Wäldchen zu erreichen und frische Brötchen gab es beim Bäcker am Ende der Straße. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin.

Tolle, gemütliche Ferienwohnung!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dieser kleinen aber feinen Ferienwohnung und können sie nur weiterempfehlen! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und alles verlief absolut unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, auch die Lage ließ keine Wünsche offen: in Laufnähe (5min) gab es einen Einkaufsladen, einen sehr guten Bäcker, einen Fahrradverleih und einen relativ ruhige Strandabschnitt :) Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohlgefühlt, vielen Dank!

Schöner Urlaub auf Sylt

Sehr schöne Fewo, schöne Ausstattung, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ruhige, dennoch zentrale Lage. Von dort aus sind schöne Radtouren möglich. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin!🙂
