Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Arrived on my check in date .I have been told that I have no booking with them.i showed them my confirmation email but they say they have not been told by hotels.com.i said to them that I will go back but can not pay them any money which I have already paid.after a lot of hassle they allowed me to stay which was not very pleasant.
