Great location with pool/hot tub access.

We loved the walking area, hot tub/pool and having everything we needed right in the home! Just as a heads up for summer vacationers though the upstairs loft gets very hot at night with no a/c.

Elkhorn Village Condo

Amazing location! Restaurant was very good! Bike and walking path were right out of the door and lovely to walk in the quiet mornings. Golf course was super fun to play, pool is a walk across the street. Love love love the area and would like to come back next year!

Nice little condo for a ski getaway. Perfect for our family of 3

Pros: kitchen contained all the necessary appliances, perfect location, clean, fun games Cons: low shower water pressure, lighter for gas fireplace didn’t work (luckily we had our own lighter), key for ski locker missing Overall, it was a great place for the price. Thank you!

Great Location

Great condo. It’s small, but perfect and had everything we needed. No AC but we were there at the hottest time and they do have fans. Open up the screen door at night and it cools off. Wonderful location. We would come back.

Affordable place to stay in Sun Valley-Ketchum

This place is in a great location off the busy thoroughfare. The kitchen was well stocked. The extra towels really helped. We were out most of the day and this was a nice place to come back to and get a good night's sleep for the next day's activities. Loved having the board games and the television for some evening downtime. The bathroom is a tight fit. The shower will be very difficult for very large people.

Elkhorn Unit for 2 (Adults)

The unit is clean and a great place to rest after outdoor activities. It's pretty tiny, and the balcony is standing room only. The unit gets the job done, i.e., a place to sleep, but it's not much more than that. My biggest complaint—overall four stars—is that the access code was ten digits, so good luck remembering that one. Another reason for the four stars was: 1. The living room, where the TV is small and high above the fireplace. Also, it's not a smart TV, so there is no screencasting Netflix, etc.. 2. The couch is small and very uncomfortable. Lastly, the bathroom is on the main level, and the sleeping area is upstairs, which is inconvenient. I know the description says it sleeps 4, but that would be inaccurate if it refers to adults. It's more like two adults and two small children at best. Overall, it worked for us.

Room was clean and neat. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare food. Issues:Advertised as remodeled in 2020. Kinda went cheap with flooring.Ceiling leaked over the bunkbeds during rain. Glad the grandkids didn't come! Handyman assessed. Shower handle was not attached. Tool box had the allen wrench needed to reattach.

We had a great stay! The home was in a convenient location for hiking and cycling, which was the main reason for our visit. The pool and jacuzzi were definite highlights — clean, relaxing, and perfect after a long day outdoors. The space was comfortable and met all of our needs.A couple of small notes: the dining table was a bit lopsided and the couch could use an update for added comfort. These didn’t significantly impact our stay, but a refresh would make the space even more enjoyable.Overall, we had a lovely time and would happily stay again. Thank you for hosting us!

Property was fine for our stay, quiet location, well supplied kitchen, etc. We were disappointed in lack of response to our app message and phone call to Vacasa regarding parking question. We were told we woukd receive a call back and heard from no one during our stay.

It’s a great area with nice amenities. The condo is clean. The price is very reasonable for Sun Valley. The things you need to be aware of is the difficulty of getting the code to work. After trying several times, I finally called. She tried to help over the phone but it still didn’t work. She had someone else call and she explained that you have 3 seconds to put in a 10 digit code or it doesn’t work. I finally got in. Another thing, the bathroom really is small. Just know that.

Super clean and quiet!

This was a cute property that was impeccably clean. I loved the secluded loft upstairs. We had everything we needed in terms of pillows, towels, etc. Beds were very comfortable! I would like to suggest a deadbolt, as having just a lock on the door handle felt somewhat unsafe to me.

The location is small as advertised. That was fine but the couch was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on. Because the location was so small the couch is the only place to sit. If you are looking for a location you will only be sleeping at - it’s fine. If you want to relax and watch a movie or read a book this is not your place

Could be nice condo with some changes

Pros: Underground parking, 5 min drive to Sun Valley, elevator (worked fine for me). lots of board games, etc. (not used), hot tub (also not used), gas fireplace. Cons: poor heating/lighting (condo was chilly for days and dark in LR), no temp gauge on oven, poorly installed laminate flooring

It's old run-down owner has a live in cat that was undisclosed... Tub water drain so slow you're standing in a puddle while showering. The lower bunk bed smells like cat pee. I've stayed in quite a few of these in the same area I haven't encountered one like this I won't be back.

I did not like parking access or finding the condo. Bldg 2 sign is not visible from any outside parking area. parking garage was closed and I wasn't told it would open on demand. Parking garage had 2 exits--1 of the exits leads to a courtyard surrounded by buildings, none of which have numbers on them and finding Bldg 2 was difficult. Inside condo the walls are thin and you can hear conversations and TV from other condos. No hair dryer. kitchen is fine. atmosphere in condo is dark due to tall trees outside blocking light. only bathroom is downstairs from master bedroom, which isn't convenient at night. Plenty of towels. throw pillows are not clean looking. Wifi needed no password, but nothing was stated about that in instructions for condo or inside condo. Communication with local manager was quick and good, but I had to resolve issues on finding condo on my own by asking bystanders.

The condo is tiny. It would probably work ok for 2 people or a couple with 1 small child, but not for 2 adults and 2 teen boys. The beds were incredible uncomfortable. The upstairs bed (full/queen) was like cardboard. The bunk beds are a thin soft mattress on plywood. For the price, I guess it is OK, but it’s also tiny. There is no heat besides one small cadet wall unit that sporadically works. There are no lights beside very dim lamps. The carpet is pretty shabby and was torn at the thresholds and the kitchen floor was in bad shape. The tiles slid around. Again, it’s pretty inexpensive for the location, but it’s not comfortable at all. The small fold out couch barely fit one adult and child. Someone was also sitting on the deck to accommodate 4 watching tv (which only fits one person, the second chair is inaccessible unless you are 2 inches wide to squeeze between the door and table). Not what I would call relaxing. The highlight was the kind pool attendant who allowed us to use the pool with the nonexistent directions needed for the pool pass. You get what you pay for.
