Family Friendly True Log Home experience

Experience a genuine ski lodge feel in this ski-in chalet log cabin located on one of the largest properties in Sun Peaks village, just steps from the main chairlift area and vibrancy of 'Canada's second largest Alpine Village', this main floor entry home exudes special warmth and character unique to log construction. You will be drawn into the bright, open living area featuring hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling, large kitchen and eatery bar, floor-to-ceiling cozy, river rock gas fireplace and soaring windows where you can soak in beautiful mountain views.
You will enjoy the 3 levels with 3 bedrooms and loft; on the lower floor common bunk area and a two piece bathroom, perfect for sleeping up to 6 children.
The multiple sundecks and expansive veranda provide a true tranquil setting for family and guests. After a day of skiing, mountain biking, golfing or hiking, relax in the private outdoor hot tub, nestled in the trees with a view to the stars.

Our cabin is in a residential area with full time home owners in the area that must be respected, our cabin is designed to attract families with children
The lodge features a seven person hot tub, 2 1/2 bathrooms, full kitchen with jenn-air stove, laundry facilities, linen and towels, gas fireplace, high speed internet, blue ray player, stereo.
This chalet is for mature groups and families only; this is not a party house

• Full Bathroom on the main Floor with one bedroom (one queen-sized bed)

Great Stay!

Beautiful ski in ski out home! So easy to walk up the road and ski into the park, and ski home from the runs off the sunburst lift too! Loved the hot tub and open living area and fire place and family table. All the amenities! Highly recommend the stay to everyone!

Log house getaway

Beautiful log house that was just a short drive to the ski hill. Lots of room for our family to enjoy. The kids loved the bunk bed room downstairs. It was well stocked with everything you could need.

An excellent, comfortable stay with plenty of room for two families including two teenagers. A short 12 min walk to the village, with a well equipped kitchen, large deck and bbq for easy breakfast and dinner options. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Cabin for A Grown Up Family

A quick walk (10 minutes) up to the top of the street in the morning for the glide down to Sunburst chair. Nice ski-in four houses up from the cabin.Scott is a wonderful host who's super helpful and responsive!

Great Location for a Family Ski Vacation

This log cabin is well layed out for a multi generational family. The hot tub is a hit! Nice to have a BBQ available. The kitchen is well equipped. The gas fire place adds a warming ambience to the living room. Nice big dining table for the whole family. The host is quick to reply to messages.

Great place to stay

We can’t wait to come back as this home was perfect for a family/friend bike vacation. Bedrooms sleeping space was perfect and the kitchen living room were excellent for socializing after a long day of biking. The layout of the home is great and the kitchen was fully stocked and then some! Hot tub was checked daily.

Summer at Sun Peaks

Excellent space to accommodate our three households of grandparents, two adult children with their spouses and three grandchildren. Good location at the base of the mountain and a short walk into the village of Sun Peaks. Kitchen was well equipped, and lots of sitting space. Our family would definitely return to this accommodation in the future.

Good vacation

Sun peaks is full Of fun. This home is super central and a lovely place to hang out. Just a bit noisy due to be close to the road. We had a good time.
