Welcome to Lookout Lodge, Sun Peaks, where the view is breathtaking and relaxation is at your fingertips! Come enjoy the upcoming winter season with; numerous indoor and outdoor to enjoy while staying with us in Sun Peaks!

Located in the prestigious Lookout Ridge neighbourhood in the East Village, Lookout Lodge’s namesake comes from the spectacular views of Morrisey Mountain as well as the stunning views in the Sun Peaks Valley which would make any vacation memorable!

After a long day of skiing, biking, hiking or golfing, come back to the Lodge and enjoy some time on the upper deck, taking in the views and enjoying dinner or, if your body is wanting some relaxation and recuperation, enjoy the hot tub on the covered deck.

On the top floor you will find the open concept, fully-equipped kitchen, a table for 10, seating at the island, living room with lounge furniture, custom made tables, local artwork, an outside patio, half bath, and the master bedroom with ensuite. A gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV complete the living room while a flat-screen TV is also located in the master bedroom.

The 2nd floor contains a queen bedroom, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bunk bed, a full bath, and a new sofa bed. A large flat-screen TV, DVD player, VCR, DVD’s, laundry, outside deck with seating for 6, BBQ, and hot tub are also on this level. Laundry facilities are available as well on this floor, tucked into the hall closet for your convenience.

Overall, this newly built 3-bedroom home comes with 2 full and one 1/2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, 3TV/1DVD, complimentary Wireless Internet (password located on the fridge), and outside parking for maximum 3 vehicles, as per by-law. Lookout Lodge can sleep up to 10 people with four queen beds and a brand new hide-a-bed on the lower level. There is also a play-yard available for those with young families and a baby gate.

No smoking and no pets please. There is a rented suite with separate entrance on the north corner of the house. Should you require anything during your stay at Lookout Lodge, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Slopeside Management, in-resort management.

To avoid disappointment, please ensure that lift tickets are purchased prior to booking, as cancelling due to sold out lift tickets will not be refunded.

Annual Sun Peaks Trip

Our group has called this place the best one we have stayed at in Sun Peaks over the last ten years. Lots of open space. Once you find the trail access to ski to the place at the e end of the day it’s great. Would stay here again. Great place.

Breathtaking views

Gorgeous and well equipped home. Very bright with large windows. Lots of space with 2 floors for added privacy. The hot tub is large and very welcome after a day of skiing.

Great Stay

Great accommodations. Fit our group of 7 nicely. Like how the hot tub is covered on the second floor. Great communication with the home owner. Ski in can be tricky for some. Have to walk about 2-3 mins to the cat track down the road to hit the orient chair or the morrissey chair. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful view, lovely stay

Had a small blip in the communication of checking in. House was overheated with no AC so had to open up all the doors and windows. There are a lot of stairs. HOWEVER, once we got settled we had a lovely stay. Beds were comfortable. View is a beautiful mountainview with incredible large windows. Kitchen was well stocked. Thank you for the stay!

Family Ski Trip Jan 28 - Feb 2

Our family had a wonderful ski trip at Sun Peaks. The home was perfect for the 6 of us. Lots of space for everyone to spread out if necessary. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room in the mud room to get ready for your ski day. Lots of hooks for all your ski wear. The owner was easy to contact if we required anything, and turnaround was quick. I wouldn't exactly call this ski in/out, although it could most likely be if there had been snow on the roads. However, it was only a 5 minute walk to the ski out and to get back take the ski way and it is a 5 minute walk back to the house. You could ski to the back of the house, one of the family did do that, but unless you are really good at tight tree skiing, I would not recommend it. I would definitely recommend this home for large groups.

Family and friends weekend

We had a great long weekend and found the house to be perfect for our group of two families. The teenagers had their own space for downtime which was really nice. We would definitely come back.

Great place for 2 families

My family of 4 stayed there with another family of 4. It is very comfortable and well equipped. The views are lovely. The location is great as well, there is a run a short walk away that brings you to chairlifts. Responses to my questions were fast and helpful.

The property was spacious and stunning. It’s actually nicer in person than it was in the photos! We had a wonderful stay, the place was well stocked, and both the owners and property management company were responsive and helpful. The location is perfect and the hill is accessible by the nearby shuttle bus stop or the ski in/out. Highly recommend!

Incredible stay!

We loved this property. Lots of room for everyone. We especially appreciated having the kids bedrooms and rec room on their own floor with the master above. The main living area is surrounded by windows allowing for beautiful views and sun exposure. The property is well-appointed with all the kitchen amenities you could need. Lauren is great to work with and we look forward to coming back.
