The noise from the wall unit was so noisey I had to unplug it.
This was a pet hotel had I known it would have been a hard pass!!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. When my granddaughter got there she said the room smelled, so they gave her a new room which already had a guest. Finally got a room that was clean. When we got there we got a nice clean room. The breakfast was good, but the lady who put the breakfast out was not very friendly. She even turned the lights off at 8:45 when breakfast is till 9.
