The space
Elegant studio apartment on the 1st floor in the heart of Split old town in the Varoš area. Apartment 24m2, is suitable for 2 persons, full equiped kitchen, bed 160×200, bathroom with shower. The whole apartment is air-conditioned & bathroom has underfloor heating. The apartment has flat TV with cable TV and the most modern and fast high speed WiFi internet.
Diocletian Palace, an unique example of ancient Roman empire architecture is protected by UNESCO World Heritage Site, and a must see for history enthusiasts is only 200m away. The studio apartment is centraly located in Split, so everything is only 5 steps away by foot: famous Split beaches Kaštelet or Bačvice, city center, Marjan Park. You can walk easily to this locations in 5 minutes. Kaštelet is pebble beach & Bacvice is sandy beach. Running and driving bicycles are possible in the beautiful Marjan Park.

On one step walking distance there is a grocery, where You can buy everything You need to prepare a nice meal or complement Your hygienic supplies. Also in 5 minutes of walk there is a fish and green market with local food & fish.
